MY STORY

I have loved baking since I was a litttle girl baking with my great Aunt Betty.  In 2003 I attended a French pastry school, L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland.  After graduation I worked at the Fairmont Hotel in Washington DC where I was the lead wedding cake designer. In 2006 I returned to Seattle and worked at the Westin Hotel where I gained experience creating plated desserts and petit fours. I have been a wedding cake designer for over five years.  I take great pride in producing both beautiful and delicious cakes for my clients.  I love working with people to design a perfect cake for their celebration.  I look forward to discussing the cake of your dreams with you!
